Frequently Asked Questions
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once shipped, delivery across South Africa usually takes between 7–15 business days depending on your location and courier availability. During busy periods or holidays, delivery times may be slightly longer.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor the progress of your delivery in real time.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently support South African payment methods available at checkout. All payments are securely processed through trusted payment providers to ensure your information remains protected.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can only be cancelled or changed before they have been processed or shipped. If you need assistance with an order change, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
What happens if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. Our support team will review the issue and work to provide a replacement or suitable solution as quickly as possible.
Do you offer refunds or returns?
Yes. We accept returns on eligible unused items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition. Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
Why does my order arrive in separate packages?
Some products may ship from different suppliers or warehouses, which means items in the same order can occasionally arrive separately. If this happens, the remaining package is usually still in transit.
Do you ship outside South Africa?
At this time, Nestara™ primarily serves customers within South Africa and currently supports local payment methods only.
